Refund policy

At GeeTee Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item sent).
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our team at info@geetee.net.au for return instructions and the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
