Shipping policy
At GeeTee Industries, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and related terms.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if an item is on backorder, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will communicate any delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rural and remote areas may experience longer transit times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@geetee.net.au. We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
International Shipping
At this stage, we currently only ship within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our team directly to discuss potential options.
